Toilet supervision

The toilets are located away from the football area. For safeguarding reasons, coaches cannot accompany children to, or supervise them in, the toilets. If your child cannot use the toilet independently, or must be accompanied whenever they need the toilet, please ensure that you stay for the session to take them.

I understand that coaches and staff will not leave the session to escort my child to the toilets.

Photography & video consent

I give permission for photographs/videos of my child taken during sessions to be used by Rickinghall Kids Football Club for promotional purposes, including social media.

This is optional and won't affect your child's ability to attend. You can withdraw permission at any time by contacting the club organiser.

Emergency medical consent

I authorise club first aiders to administer appropriate first aid and, if required, seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be contacted.

Safeguarding & data protection

Data protection. Personal information will only be used to administer the club, contact parents and respond to emergencies. It will not be shared with third parties except where required by law, or where necessary with the club's insurance provider following an incident or claim.
